Return & Refund Policy
All ImPJComics merch is handmade and sold as preorders. Each item is created specifically for the customer after an order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements
We will offer a refund or replacement only if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- There is a printing or production error
- You receive the wrong size or design due to our mistake
How to Report an Issue
Please contact us within:
- 7 days of delivery
- 30 days of delivery during the month of December
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can review it quickly.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it may take up to 30 days to process back to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Preorder items cannot be returned or exchanged for size
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing differences
- Unauthorized copies of our designs may appear on other sites — this is the only official store
